The parents of Luise Friedman were Aron Löwy, the son of Heinrich (Hirsch) Löwy and Rosalia Riegler; and Katalin (Gütl) Phillip, the daughter of Phillip (Lipman) Simon and Maria Löbl. Luise and Pinchas Friedman had one known child: Samuel Friedman, who was born in1888.

Is there a document that gives this name. I would read the Hebrew as LVIAH that translates to Lioness.

Lebia vs. Lviah – I think it’s the same, depending on how you trancribe the hebrew letters (ב as b, bh or v , the שוא as “e” or ignoring it …)
But I agree with you, because I always try to make a clear difference between transliterating and transcribing Hebrew into German! Therefore I try to transcribe the Hebrew as readable as possible.
And – no objections – here I was a little careless and have corrected it now ;)
